ROBERT NICKELLFOUNDER

Robert Nickell had long perfected a series of systems and processes that helped launch him to the forefront of the industry.

He recognized that countless investors and entrepreneurs could benefit from his workflows and proven systems — and that started with having a rockstar team in place.

Robert continues to propel Rocket Station forward with his innovative thinking, extensive experience, and entrepreneurial spirit.

LARRY NICKELLCHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Dr. Larry Nickell brings an unrivaled level of diverse experiences to Rocket Station. He has successfully owned and operated a number of businesses, held leadership positions in industries such as education (higher and secondary education), athletics (intercollegiate and high school), and the healthcare industry.

In addition to his stellar professional career, he has been a consistent and avid real estate investor. His passion is working with people to help them grow and lead full, meaningful lives.

Dr. Nickell and his wife, Mary, have five children and three grandchildren, and reside in Dallas, Texas.

MARC NICKELLVP OF OPERATIONS

As a transformational executive with foresight and imagination, Marc has an impressive history of surpassing ambitious goals. He has a record of positioning organizations for success, spurring multimillion-dollar growth, and building highly accomplished teams dedicated to core values and operational excellence. Demonstrating entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial spirit, Marc quickly became known as a thought leader in the BPO industry. He is currently writing his Doctoral Dissertation with an emphasis on source credibility and autonomy support.

Marc and his wife, Shelby, have two children and reside in Dallas, TX.

GREG BROOKSDIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Greg joins the Rocket Station team with an immense background in sales, both in the public and private sectors. He has led teams in many industries including sponsorship, fundraising, consumer packaged goods, military resale and hospitality. His “People First” sales framework has allowed him to cultivate highly successful sales teams at each of his stops. This approach aligns perfectly with the core value at Rocket Station: Enhancing lives through better business.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Greg is not a huge fan of snow and now resides in Fort Worth, TX with his wife and two sons.

ROMIL HOMBREBUENODIRECTOR OF PHILIPPINE OPERATION

Romil has substantial experience in all aspects of learning and development including instructional design, curriculum development, training delivery, training needs analysis, coaching and leadership development.

With his high engagement with operations management and client interaction, he was able to successfully launch several key projects among multiple lines of business for Rocket Station.

TAYLOR GNAZZODIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OPERATION

Taylor is a recent UCONN graduate and brings a forward-thinking mindset on the efficiency of business operations to Rocket Station.

A natural born entrepreneur, Taylor played a hand in the startups of three thriving businesses. Passionate about the big picture, she works directly with Rocket Station’s clients to ensure a seamless experience and positive impact on business growth.
